My word tag charms are hand stamped on both sides of a sheet of 18 guage sterling silver. The piece is then oxidized and buffed to a matte finish. The tag is 5mm tall and then cut to the length of the word. The letters and numbers are a very small 1/32" (1mm). The tags come with the 18 guage, 3mm jump ring already attached, but it is not soldered so it can be opened to attach to a necklace, charm bracelet, etc. (this photo shows no jump rings, it was easier to photograph that way.) These make excellent gifts---names, dates, places, all can be remembered on a little silver charm.
