I couldn't resist buying these pearls on a recent trip to Indonesia. These are a beautiful shade of light gray, but I also have white pearls available. The pearls are approximately 5-6mm and the sterling chain and pearl hang 1" (2 1/2 cm) from the bottom of the ear wire. I have created the ear wires out of 21 guage sterling silver wire. These are also available with a white pearl.
